He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ford South America Operations from October 2008 to March 2012. He served as a Director of Ford Otomotiv Sanayi AS since March 2012 until August 31, 2016. He has been a Director at Ford Sollers Holding LLC since April 2012. He has been a Director of Ford Otosan Sanayi AS since March 2012. Mr. Watters graduated from Queens University in Belfast with an MBA in 1987.
