From October 2005 to September 2008, he served as the Director of Business Strategy at Ford Europe, where he was responsible for business development and strategic planning. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ford South America Operations from October 2008 to March 2012. He served as a Director of Ford Otomotiv Sanayi AS since March 2012 until August 31, 2016. He has been a Director at Ford Sollers Holding LLC since April 2012. He has been a Director of Ford Otosan Sanayi AS since March 2012. Mr. Watters graduated from Queens University in Belfast with an MBA in 1987.
