Mr. Neil M. Schloss has been Chief Financial Officer of Mobility at Ford Motor Company since August 1, 2017. Mr. Schloss has been Vice President of Ford Motor Company since March 29, 2007 and served as its Treasurer since March 29, 2007. Mr. Schloss has overall responsibility for Ford's treasury operations. Mr. Schloss served as Assistant Treasurer for Ford since 2003. He joined Ford in 1982 as a Senior Financial Analyst in the controller's office in Ford Aerospace. He held a variety of positions in Aerospace before transferring to Ford in 1990. In 1991, he joined the Treasurer's Office at Ford Credit and held positions in both risk management and international financing. In 1995, he returned to Ford Motor as manager, Domestic Financing, followed by the position of manager, International Financing. In 1997, he returned to Ford Credit's Treasurer's Office as manager, North American and European Financing. A year later he was named assistant treasurer, Ford Credit, responsible for Debt Issuance, Capital Planning and Affiliate Financing. He maintained that position until December 1999 when he was named director, Financial Strategy, Treasurer's Office, Ford Motor Company. In December 2002, he assumed the role of director, Global Risk Management, Treasurer's Office, Ford Motor Company and served as its Manager of Corporate and Domestic Financing. Mr. Schloss serves as Director at Ford Motor Credit Company LLC. Mr. Schloss earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
