I feel discriminated and treated differently. Theirs a lot of favoritism when it comes to management

The customers are sometimes really sweet and some of my coworkers are nice and positive

They need to get better at communication and also not talking badly about ither coworkers or managers

They need to help eachother more to make it easier for others. Leadership wise it is unorganized
