
It felt very comfortable and the manager was super friendly.
Beinh better at their jobs, coordinating better, being better people , actually caring about their employees.
Poor management. It could be improved by either getting rid of them or just training them how to properly do their jobs.
Hiring managers actually capable of the job titles they own & actually caring about their employees instead of just viewing them as disposable.
Ive been working there for 4 years with no promotion but people who've been there for less time that are white have got promoted way faster. And i asked them why havent i got promotef sooner & they said that i have an "attitude" which is a product of how poorly im treated by the managers.
