My manager has several hr complaints on him, and no one will do anything or fire him, and instead gave him a bigger store in florida. I walked out under him, and contacted HR which no one replied to. So overall they obviously don't seem to care about how management treats their employees

There was no positive enviroment with my manager.

If it felt like the company never actually listened to us.

My new ASM, lead, and visual manager. And most of the BA2's

Only thing I liked about my team was the visual manager, lead, and now ASM
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the company actually listened when employees spoke out about their manager. Instead they chose to ignore it.
