Picking out an outfit based on the employer's chosen event. For example, she would ask candidates to pick out an outfit for a date night, or a concert and see if you could style customers that came in with questions.
As a "Lead" I was considered a "manager" and I would do managerial things, like open/close by myself, go on bank runs, etc. However, my manager would keep me at 35-38hrs a week instead of 40, which meant i wasn't eligible for benefits and PTO.
