It's nice thay they're flexible with my schedule since I'm a student, and I have a good relationship with most of my coworkers, but lately I've been feeling uncomfortable working at the store due to the Visual's Operarion Manager

I would say that it's the sense of humor some of the coworkers have, other than that I don't know

Actually being able to make decisions for the team, to perform them nicely and to be more empathic with their employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be good communication and respect, I understand the part of being friendly but there's a point where everyone it's just chatting and joking instead of actually working
