At first it was awesome, they're flexible with my studies schedule now, I feel like it's a very toxic environment and I barely have the energy to go to work without feeling anxious

At first it was the idea of working for Forever 21, now i dont feel comfortable there anymore

The most positive thing is that some of the coworkers sometimes bring snacks to cheer us up and motivate us, other than that there's not much to say

It would be awesome if our company did meetings, but they don't. They need to work at good communication, at being more empathic and learning how to work as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at good communication, at being more emphatic and honest with their team. They're usually always on their phone when you need them, even when they're close to the cash registers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a cashier and lately I've been doing visual's, stocks and house keeping task's while doing my cashier tasks. I don't mind helping sometimes but it's becoming a constant thing while I'm only paid 9.25hr
