What are some of the best things about your team?
The only thing i can say are that some of them are super really sweet and the rest spread the gossip between them and the managers. You cant say anything because next thing you know you're getting made fun of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work super hard, do everything im told and endure the rude comments/looks about my oufits made by the managers. Yet i get no type of recognition for the work that i do. The favorites to the managers can just sit around at the registers with them and talk/not do anything while the rest are working.
