
I enjoyed the open-ended nature of the interview
Because I repeatedly disrespected by the main manager of my store.
The lower level employees like stock and the brand ambassadors are okay- it's management that is the issue.
The leader ship team needs to learn how to been in a position of power without making the store a catty/hostile work environment.
My fellow brand ambassadors because they validate my feelings and share their negative experiences with management so I know it is not just me.
