It's a lot of hardwork, we customer service, keep the floor running, maintaining the store open to close to be getting paid minimum wage. As a sales associate we contribute a lot to sales and yet get no commissions paid, when we get cc's our managers get recognition, and we are the ones getting cc's

Being able to interact with customers and helping them get what they need or are looking for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no compensation whatsoever, I'm getting paid minimum wage only, with no benefits, and working holidays that are paid normally at my minimum wage.
