I have been working for the company for about a year now and I am overworked just because im capable of doing more however it is unfair that I do my job along with other people's and get paid at the same rate. If i am being asked to do more I should be getting paid more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not much, except for leaving on time flr the most part when it comes to closing. Otherwise, nothing but that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Things that need to change is people higher than the managers need to come and check up on not only them but the employees too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the scenario questions i was given because they are the best way to get to know someone and also gets a better understanding on how someone would react when it comes to a certain situation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers are not organized, employees are treated poorly, breaks are not taken when they should be, we are still hiring when we are low on payroll, cash wrap ends up taking everyone from the floor, workers arent trained properly making everyone's job twice as hard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be more organized and ensure that everyone is going on lunches at the proper time, work is distributed in a equal manner. Most importantly not taking absolutely away everyone from the floor to cash wrap, this makes the floor get neglected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because this company allows favoritism, allowing some employees to break the dresscode guidelines, overworks those like myself. Im constantly told to do more than what my actual job is and some aren't doing their job at all. Better pay and benefits would make up for compensation.
