What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's desapointed I started with a decent amount of hours and suddenly I (sometimes) just have 8 hours A WEEK!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better comunication with their crew and hired more employees. It's too hard to keep the store neat and clean when they just have 2 or 3 employees in the floor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hours are not enough. Management seem not to care. Once I complaint about it and they said it's was bad for everyone. I also remember the manager hired a new assistance (from outside the company) when there was someone in line. It wasn't fair. Raise salary for everyone would work perfectly.
