
Management needs to learn how to talk to their employees. Also, management needs to see human beings..not what color you are. It takes respect to earn respect.
I like that my team cares and does their best. Our team is good at keeping things off the floor. It always looks tidy in the store. We get things done.
Just knowing it’s hostile and I get bad vibes when I come into work. The managers get things done, but the way they talk to us is not okay. We deserve to be treated with respect. And in turn we will give you respect as sales associates.
I have seen managers and leads on Snapchat and even texting their friends. I feel like managers and leads are rude when they talk to us. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a fantastic place to shop and we get things done, but when our leadership is very hostile then it makes it tough to work for them.
