What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Structure, and working as a team with the same goals and values in mind, not as individuals with their own agendas for their respective stores/districts etc. Be understanding of the realities their employees face rather than push unrealistic expectations and initiatives that the employees can’t meet

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Positivity and sticking to the core values because that got lost very quickly after being hired. It starts from the top and it’s negative and oppressive and condescending when feedback is given, never acknowledging when effort has been made and when there are consistent successes.
