Wasn’t too intimidating I do get shy when I’m nervous .

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

WE NEED MORE. That’s the problem. My coworkers are in the same boat as me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Underpaid, overworked because understaffed, and no benefits because they make sure I work one less hour to claim.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Better pay, it’s hard to live off of $300 at most every 2 weeks. We live in NEW YORK.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Even though we are entirely understaffed, they are all in the same boat, and easy going to get along with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Over worked underpaid. I’m only a number in that company. No matter what I do, it won’t matter because they have the money, I don’t.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of workload and stress, paid pennies. All you are is just a number to them, even though how hard and efficiently you work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers. Highly stressful, but I make it through with being friendly and getting each other through the shift of coffee runs for everyone at someone’s break.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Organize a schedule for time mangament. Raise the pay so people can live from it to get more staff. It’s the Costco of camis, we need more people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

A work plan how to approach timing schedule. Which is extremely important when they are always short handed. Employees are stressed to do jobs that are meant for 3 people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The coworkers are in the same boat as me. Really cool people just trying to get stress about the store and get the heck out of there and eat away the stress with tons of ice cream and coffee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get we are just a number in millions, and it may be and ok side job for college kids to have pocket money and learning to be responsible, but in NO means pays for the hard labor we actually do.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Minimum wage for anyone in New York is impossible. Everything is so highly priced most of my age are with parents luckily, homeless and prostitution for places to stay and drugs for the unhappiness and anxiety to make it buy. True by coworkers I have met,happens to the best. Think about ur workforce

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They ask questions about your goals and listen to how much you love fashion, but that is the only 15 mins they actually care. Then they have you space around whenever they need you to pick up mountains of mess, and disregard you as just a number in the system, that’s all I was. No matter my fashion
