Having REAL expectations, stop exploting your employees and making feel your clients uncomfortable, and give your employees rules that actually make sense, treating us with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They give us too much work for what they pay us, and the managers practically do nothing compared to sales associates. The managers have an inside technique to not give some of us christmas bonuses. If your not going to pay much, don’t expect us to do the work of like 3 employees and give hours
