What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have some downtime because everyone actually does theor work sometimes so I don't have to donextra work that wasn't mine to begin with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work full time, 40 hours a week, and am considered part time with no benefits and low pay. Higher pay and benefits would work better for me with less long hours and better breaks.
