    It was efficent and quick turn around. there was not a lot of waiting around to figure out if they wanted to move forward with me.

    Ability to learn and grow as an individual. I also love that I get to learn about financial and real estate education.

    The people are a great culture. We are a few blocks from the beach, so the energy is casual but we work hard and learn every day.

    They are not taking action to improve the company for BIPOC. They are simply performative to show face for capitalistic gain. Pay Equality needs to be addressed.

    Stop with the clique like environment and don't take credit for other people's work presenting the ideas as your own. This has happened across many teams.
  • What would you most like to see improved at your company?
