What did you like most about the interview process?It was efficent and quick turn around. there was not a lot of waiting around to figure out if they wanted to move forward with me.
What makes you most happy at work?Ability to learn and grow as an individual. I also love that I get to learn about financial and real estate education.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people are a great culture. We are a few blocks from the beach, so the energy is casual but we work hard and learn every day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are not taking action to improve the company for BIPOC. They are simply performative to show face for capitalistic gain. Pay Equality needs to be addressed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop with the clique like environment and don't take credit for other people's work presenting the ideas as your own. This has happened across many teams.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?More fun events in the office.
