The amount of cases we as agents need to complete, the work and thought that is put in to get the case done is not worth the salary and there is no incentives or annual increase, I have been with foundever for 2years and 1 month, incentives and annual increase like other BPOs would really be nice

Get the home office back for wise curitiba since there was home office and now there isnt anymore. When we were hired it wasnt said that the home office could be permanently taken off and due to the wise having a higher salary than other companies we cant even change to another client foundever has.
