  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Franklin International?
The culture in the office is great. In the plant there is friction because the union contract forces everyone to be treated the same. Good employees suffer when supervisors crack down on problem employees. Example, some employees call off during the week to get Saturday overtime but then to keep up with the production schedule everyone has to work Saturday.
