They are usually in a good mood and always willing to help which makes ur job so much easier it's a good company to work for and they take good care of there employees as far as if u have emergencys or things like that and they are all about family they are kinda like family but like I said good one
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To organize process in general. To work as a team by communicating with team members and delegating work adequately.
Human kindness, knowing how to find, develop, and keep talent, not treating people like they are replaceable, talent growth, Keeping up with technology, learning to navigate the changes in corporate culture, baby boomer mentality is a drag!!!!!, no defined job roles (you do everything no excuses!!!)

That I will have enough to put in my 401k for when I retire which will be a while from now.

We are all a product of our environment. It rots from the top down so everyone is defensive, stressed, on edge, quick to blame, point fingers and throw you under the bus.

They asked about the key parts to my resume even though I may have stumble on it a bit too much. They were really considerate of me and I appreciate that of them.
