The performance review structure is a joke - for management and employees. 2% annual COLA raises no matter how hard you do (or don't) work. Promotions seem to be only minimally merit-based.

G4S is a security company with many contracts but most of the people in charge aren't familiar with anything about the sites. Pay is bad.
