G4S is divided into mini-fiefdoms. I happen to be placed in one that is extremely negative. Our manager encourages an envoronment where there is ALWAYS a team enemy (or three) among the departments that we work with. As a result, the most negative and complaining people are her favorites.

Establish better communication as there is an extreme lack of communication.
