Stop expanding the company if you don't have the staff available to cover shifts. It is not fair for other employees to be forced into 90 hour work schedules.

Client attitude to salary needs to change. Client refuses to pay more than minimum wage.

Better communication get better candidates that want to work, my site is not hard/boring but not hard and the last few new hires are lazy.
