Gannett gets a lot of things right, especially about people. But having a cool, inclusive, diverse culture doesn't make up for the fact that they just don't pay employees enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really do value diversity and inclusion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a quick process, I always new where I stood and what the next step was.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base pay is too low. Variable comp is based on division revenue that's never obtained at a 100%. Like can we not figure out print is declining? It's a boat anchor.
