I worked there for about 25 years,I don't work there currently. I was forced out, in a sense, by Brad Rakowski, there's a backstory to this but I won't go into that. Constructive? They certainly weren't very constructive with me. Wouldn't accommodate me with my disability, it was so traumatic to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging another point of view and not thinking they know everything!!
