What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership is under-qualified and constantly looking for ways to remain employed without working. The accomplishments of the AE's are "their"accomplishments.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The team is overworked and underpaid, support is lacking due to the fact that they have too much to do and not enough training or time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If the culture doesn't improve it will be impossible to retain and get new talent. At the current pace of Gannett, I see nothing positive in the future.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company is constantly trying to plug a leak that will not be fixed. Weekly, there are new get rich quick plans that are implicated. It's difficult to work we you don't know what failing plan to focus your attention.
