It is challenging (which is good) but there have been too many cuts
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fairly comprehensive and thorough.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People don't like all of the changes (customers and employees)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more and more responsibilities thrown on me as the company has made other cuts and have not been compensated for that.
