My experience at Gannett has been positive. As with any new position there was some fitting in that needed to take place. But once the dust settled the various teams and departments are friendly and are willing to help when asked to assist on projects or concerns.

Overall communication, not only between departments but on company goals as well

We are always welcoming of the views and beliefs of each person who works for our company. We starve to positive attitude in all interactions with co-workers across various platforms
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interview process really highly those things they were looking for in the position I was interviewing. There was not surprises and they were open as to why there was an opening the department I was applying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It outlines all the things that are covered and what is picked up the company. It allows to me see what would benefit my family and me with regards to adjusted premiums for those services I don't need or pertain to my current need.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the team I work with daily. Not only is my supervisor very supportive but the other teams members respect the co-workers in our group. We enjoy working with each other and sharing the work load to each job done in a timely manner.
