Everyone is different, but we're all united under a common goal to change the healthcare system. that makes it really easy to collaborate and make decisions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company recognizes the value of remote work while still making efforts to get people in-person together a few times a year. I feel like I have the best of both worlds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
By far the best part about our leadership is how well they were selected. Everyone in a leadership position (in my experience) is a great communicator, collaborator, mentor, organizer, etc. Not to mention their expertise!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet the people I was going to work for and got to work on sample projects that exposed me to some of my day-to-day duties. It was nice to get a taste of the actual job before committing to it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hard to say. I've honestly never been happier at a job before, so I think Garner is doing a lot of things right. They pay more than fairly, recruit good people, have fun, laugh. Most of all, I feel like the work I'm doing is actually making a difference in people's lives. It's a nice feeling.
