They emphasize that we share feedback, and folks are very comfortable with speaking up when things can be improved, even during company meetings. Transparency is great too in terms of what the company decides to build out and why.

Better benefits. Retirement contribution/match. A PTO target of more than 15 days.

A 401k match would be nice. Benefits are good, but can get costly on the medical side.

I do not feel undervalued, I think it would be better if stocks/equity was not placed solely on the employee to purchase and maybe offer stocks paid for directly from Garner. Perhaps half on the employee and half from the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all here to support one another. Everyone respects one another and the different roles that we have. I trust and respect my teammates

Everyone is very sharp, but also extremely supportive of one another when a sale closes. The company is in growth mode, and since we all have equity I think it helps promote a culture where sales folks are offering to help and celebrating wins.

Garner does an amazing job at hiring individuals who fit into our culture and have a passion for our mission. Having coworkers that are aligned in those two areas while also coming from diverse backgrounds means I am learning something new every day.

All are supportive and helpful and smart

What did you like most about the interview process?

I appreciated how open the interviewers were about their critical eye for culture fit. It reinforced the feeling of being chosen not just for experience but for being the right kind of person to succeed.

Having the ability to meet many different people and personalities at the company before starting and getting the chance to see the work they expect from the assignment given during the process.

They made it clear what the next steps were and when to expect feedback

The Culture interview serves as an unbiased assessment of candidates and their ability to contribute to Garner's culture.

Long but comprehensive - each portion was intentional. Got a good sense of personnel, process, culture and expectations through the process
