We encourage growth and want to make sure everyone is the best version of themselves.

There isn't much bureaucracy at Garner - very refreshing. Hope that remains as we continue to grow and scale.

You are encouraged to have professional but candid conversations. You are heard and acknowledged.

People work hard during working hours and respect boundaries outside of them. Everyone has their own life outside of work and shows up to their desk rejuvenated from their real life.

Transparency and approachability of executives and leadership team.

The honest communication, even if it is sometimes uncomfortable. We all recognize it is to accomplish the vast mission we have for ourselves.

Lots of open and candidate communication.

The company recognizes the value of remote work while still making efforts to get people in-person together a few times a year. I feel like I have the best of both worlds.

The hybrid work policy combines with a dedicated team that goes to the office, as well as regular team meetups, builds a true camaraderie.
