A 401k match would be nice. Benefits are good, but can get costly on the medical side.
I do not feel undervalued, I think it would be better if stocks/equity was not placed solely on the employee to purchase and maybe offer stocks paid for directly from Garner. Perhaps half on the employee and half from the company.
