What makes you most happy at work?There is great talented people working at GE. From my direct reports, to my managers and leaders I think the people at GE are one of their biggest assets. I always feel happy about the things I can learn from my colleagues at GE.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that I can be a part of the turnaround with my peers. We have an amazing offering and we are the future of energy. We can and will turn things around. That is the exciting part; working on the turnaround and creating a new way of working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Strazik more than any other business leader I've worked under is very transparent and seems to tell you the way it is. Big change from past leaders at that level and something I respect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation should also be linked to the criticality of the role. Sometimes the best way to get a salary increase is to change roles, and that way you could drive too much rotation and people moving roles when they are at their peak of adding value on a specific role
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Focus on EEs vs focus on stockholders. Less change. Play with the team we have vs continuous and continual reductions in team members. Pay higher than the lowest in the industry. Try to lead in pay and compensation vs trailing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Faster to respond to customer needs, eliminate unnecessary reports, sometimes we can not give a fast answer because we are caught up in our own internal processes.

Our offer consists of a competitive base salary, a bonus (dependent on band), and a comprehensive rewards package. We believe in meritocracy; we are accountable and rewarded based on performance.
