Leadership has been in place for too long. Ideological components are based on outdated and non-competitive practices.

Increasing pay for employees less than 15 years to be comparable to the rest of the industry.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compensation and follow through on "threats" to fire the underperforming associates. Threats can't be carried out do to hiring practices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is one of the highest performing in the company and we make within 3% of the bottom 25%. GEICO is a great place for the lower ~50%.
