There's a lot of turnover, and there are also a lot of promotions, so employees are consistently taking on an excessive workload.

The bonus at the end of the year should be based on performance. If you do your job well, you actually make less.

The teams are great. It's like individual family units. I've only been a part of one bad team, but the rest have been great.
