My supervisor is amazing. They're honestly the only thing I remain loyal to. If they leave, I'll turn in my notice immediately. This place doesn't deserve hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable associates. This is now just a place to collect a check. They dont factor care, why should we.

Not afraid to take risks.
I've always had leaders that genuinely cared about me until recently. It seems leadership is looking for ways to fire people lately and cultivating a culture of fear.

Most understand work/life balance. But get approval for things can be difficult sometimes
everything excuizite and fun and always there to help
GEICO's leadership needs to focus on rebuilding trust and morale. This requires improved transparency regarding job security, an end to oppressive micromanagement, and a genuine reinvestment in employee well-being by restoring the benefits that once made them feel valued.
Promote a positive work culture by supporting the employees to do better rather than write ups and firings
Genuine care for employee and customer to retain loayalty and competitive profitablity.
ACTION. The leadership team insinuates our morale problem is because members of lower and middle management don't "communicate right or enough". Managers and supervisors are equally demotivated because of the leadership team. You need to take ownership, ACT to not TALK (coffee talks).
Lead by example and not "do as I say and not as I do." Stoo micromanaging
Pay is fair for the job. Health benefits keep getting higher deductibles and less coverage.
Stripped away the good benefits
That somehow I survive each weekbto get a paycheck
Competitive pay but you will do the work of multiple people.
Associate Assistance Program and focus on mental health benefits.

provide prevailaing wage compared to other companies in the industry. Bring back profit sharing and provide generous bonus structure.
Bring back the old pay structure and training oppurtunites
Stocks or non money increase in compensation.
Lack of empathy in this work environment.
Return to profit sharing, restore benefits and set clear goals that don't change every couple of months.
Our prior manager was amazing at hiring effective employees that supported each other and made our work days better.
People are trying and working hard. Lots of really good people have left though... and that is sad.
help each other and band together when going gets tough.
Below the director level the team are solid and loving but we are sad and scared by a C-Suite that seems to care noting for us.
Everyone was incredibly nice and worked very hard (co-workers, not including managers)
Management creating a healthier work environment. Many workers are dealing with mental health issues.
Work from home so I don't have to interact with them would be great.
Doing their work in a timely manner
Coworkers are all new hires, the good employees are gone.
Coworkers are generally good at their jobs. Only issue is the amount of overseas workers that struggle with english.
Building activities and events. However, sadly often missed due to work schedule demands.
Our supervisor is very supportive. The higher up the chain you go, the less we are seen as people, and more as just numbers that don't matter.
Me. I have to constantly give myself a pep talk. Most people are miserable here.
Our team is close, we can speak honestly.
Co-workers to help you get through the day
Employees need to be treated like people
A new leader that cares about customers and employees and has integrity. the regulators should address the business practices of this company.
Review from Operations Dept
The c suite, work from home policie, and benefits particulary health insurance and bonuses
Clear goals and not implementing changes that aren't in writing.

Keep work from home as an option. Allowing employees to work remote gives them freedom to live where they would like and spend more time with family. Making employees work in an office when it isnt necessary ruins any kind if "culture".
Welcoming and positive spin on the job, though feeling deceived after actually landing the job.
When i interviewed it was in person and very informal
The thoroughness that needs to be done.
I interviewed quite a while ago, so I do not have an accurate understanding of the current process.
Review from IT Dept
We went through extensive rounds of interviews when I started years ago. Now the hiring process seems to be anyone that can hold a pen and sign their name is hired
make it shoreter and make decision quciker.
The process is too long
It was years since the interview and alot has changed. But my interview process was horrendous to say the least.
Need better job recruiters that were just floor agents a few months back
Review from Customer Support Dept
It shouldn't take 8 hours!!
Time off. I use to feel job secure, not as much since covid.
Work from home. Customers and what i do.
Going home, getting away from there. Quitting.
My coworkers are the best
Being able to click out
Review from Customer Support Dept
Customer are treated just as a comodity and thought that only thing matters is insruance rate/ price.
Customer service means absolutely nothing in this organization. Adjusters are forced to rush customers off the phone so they can get to the next call. Unethical claims practices are being encouraged. Company and state claims practices are being violated at the request of management.
There are no customer service goals only volume goals and productivity.
Review from Operations Dept
Better training and attainable goals.
Quality for all needs to be improved

I would love to see an equal amount of management opportunities given to our inside SPP pool and not just the outside MDP pool.
