The company has had a lot of change and morale has been low for at solid two years in the department i am in. There is NO real space for professional growth anymore. Wages are depressing. No bonus or profit sharing for most of the company. Unattainable goals. Directors and up are ALL "yes men."
What makes you most happy at work?
Work from home. Customers and what i do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When i interviewed it was in person and very informal
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me. I have to constantly give myself a pep talk. Most people are miserable here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are trying and working hard. Lots of really good people have left though... and that is sad.
