GSACH Environmental Services manager harrasses certain employees that she is threatened by. She picks her favorites. I am treated unfairly. Upper management also doesn't seem to care about the employees there. Unless they get rid of her no one will work there with her. Also I did filed a complaint

The doctors and nurses are very considerate to me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop talking about other people and about patients. Also going back to management and telling her everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not respected enough when I am doing my job. I am working hard at this job. No one complains but her.
