Leadership doesn't know the work it takes to get a project accomplished and the stress level felt to meet deadlines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation for projects that make you work extra hours. Salaried are expected to work 40 plus hours but work load is to heavy to leave early on other days.
