Amazing. Considering the company is dying yet no one external think so

Some, but I only interact with a group af around 50 most of the time, who are mostly white. There are more women than men int business unit.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining GfK?
The company is very fragmented; business units do not work together. And compensation in my area is below market rates.
