Way too much work, not enough employee's, pay scale is horrible way below most companies. Needs to be a substantial raise for employee's that have been with the company and at least 5.00 an hour over the 11.00 minimum wage!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
First thing start drug testing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't really see anything positive about it. Over work and under paid does not make any of us happy
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family, the older ones that have been there through think and thin! We work together, we have to since we have 7 employees over 15 hour days!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Same as above, we need more employees to handle the customers. When you have only one employee that is available to wait customers at a deli because there are 100's of other jobs that need to be done, customers get upset! If I was shopping there I'd walk out!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need more reliable employees, and do drug testing. No crazy clothing including Capri's and no crazy make up, some of them look like kookers! This really makes the company as a whole look very trashy. Also if 3 years ago my daughter could not have blue hair then it should not be allowed now!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When they can't hire reliable employees then we that do work are doing 3-4 times the work, we're not being paid 3-4 times the pay! Until the pay goes up this will not be fixed!During the entire year of 2020 we should have been given Covid pay! This company made a fortune off of us while that sat !
