Giant would be a good place to work with good pay and benefits, but upper management is the worst they don't care and everyone there is literally just a body to fill a space. Always short handed while management barks orders and sleeps in their offices

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine, I'm not there to make friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The VERY few people that see what you see about how horrible the place is run, and most customers are great, they even know we are over worked and short handed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just better management these people get promoted for no reason with apparently no training to speak of, they can not keep employees it's always a revolving door and when they do hire it's never for the right departments the departments that make the money always short handed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being leaders, they do nothing, I was on hold to talk to my manager a couple weeks ago about not coming in because my son was sick for 45 minutes mind you I never talked to him why? Because he was sleeping in his office, while I had a screaming baby waiting to go to the hospital.
