The people on your level create the culture management is lazy and does nothing but send negative emails

The coworkers I had were top notch. They were very qualified for the position and just generally charismatic and kind human beings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is decent but there are rules in place that prevent you from receiving compensation for 2 promotions in one year which is unfair
