GoodLeap Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company pays for 90% of our insurance plan premiums

Review from HR Dept

The monthly Bonus we earn based on our performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am compensated for my production.

Review from Business Development Dept

Not needing to worry about volume but instead units. In this market, it's tougher to close big loans. It's nice to know we can still make a lot based on units performance.

Review from Sales Dept

opportunity is available to all

Review from Sales Dept

Salary, bonuses and pay schedule

Review from Product Dept

Competitive pay with the opportunity for performance based monetary bonuses and promotions.

Review from Business Development Dept

The eye insurance, its the most affordable benefit offered. The rest are defiantly not geared toward helping out the little guy

Review from Customer Success Dept

Monthly medical cost is reasonable.

Review from HR Dept

The bonus schedule is great.

Review from Finance Dept

bonus program is the best part

Review from Operations Dept

Having bonus payouts paid quarterly instead of annually is a great perk.

Review from Engineering Dept

all is good except the 401k

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is fair, and the new bonus structure is good. But could be better of course. The paradigm is more attainable. The pay out fair.

Review from Customer Support Dept

food vouchers and medical services

Review from Customer Success Dept

very thoughtful of the employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would say the pay is fair.

Review from Business Development Dept

The medical, dental, and vision

Review from HR Dept

They pay a competitive salary.

Review from Sales Dept

Competitive benefits and also EIP.

Review from Finance Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

better benefits, less out of pocket

Review from Customer Support Dept

Our roles and titles are purposefully switched around to keep us underpaid when compared to the national averages for other jobs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe the job that we have should pay more, but I don't feel undervalued. Just under paid.

Review from Customer Support Dept

i have been here 8 months everytime i get down the qa/bonus structure its changed and i cant even pay my rent on time every month. The way we get told is always a rushed situation never lets train lets do soft qa during the transition until everyone does better. losing bonuses hurts

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because the management in the department I work in likes to focus on our team's shortcomings a lot more than celebrating how differently we all execute our job well. They like to weekly play some recordings of our calls amongst our peers, but the management never plays their own.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have been with this company for a few years now and have received one raise only due to my then position being reshaped. There is no incentive to stay long term with this company as even a lot of the promotions within departments only come with a slight raise but a lot more responsibility.

Review from Business Development Dept

LOW PAY, POOR BENEFITS, LACK OF UNDERSTANDING FROM MANAGEMENT

Review from Customer Support Dept

cannot speak for the whole company but for my department, we do more work than we are paid, we do other peoples jobs wiht out getting others pay

Review from Finance Dept

No raises for multiple years.

Review from Customer Success Dept

No annual raises and no retirement contributions makes me feel that Goodleap doesn't have an interest in retaining me as an employee.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Since the company has laid off so many people, I have taken on more responsibility but haven't been compensated for the tasks that I've taken on. I am always on top of my job and tend to go above and beyond. Yet I haven't had a raise in almost 3 years. At some point, atta boys aren't going to cut it

Review from Customer Success Dept

the amount of work vs. pay

Review from Customer Support Dept

Making more hourly for a wage

Review from Operations Dept

Mostly just need a way to keep up with the rising inflation.

Review from IT Dept

Having salaries that kept up with inflation and gave merit raises.

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation is not competitive and there are no yearly raises.

Review from Operations Dept

need to give cost of living raises

Review from Operations Dept

I love what I do, and I do not feel undervalued. I feel that I should be in the marketing department because my work is primarily working with that department.

Review from Admin Dept

more compensation adjusted for the cost of living and the amount of work we do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

we dont get raises. inflation rates are up 20% alone this year. i cant afford food any more
