What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Every morning I'm filled with impending doom and dread as I log in and catch up with my day. Staring at a sea of redundancy and nonsensical jargon and regulations.

GoodLeap has a lot of management starting with supervisors whom have been getting away with treating those who dont "fit" in badly for a long time, turn over is above average due to some feeling superior to others rather than being humble, and using their position to assist others in reaching goals

Not enough pay. Constant policy changes and additional tasks with no compensation. I have been here 3 years now and I make the same while the cost of living has skyrocketed. I like the general aspect of my job but as time goes on, I am less and less excited to be here.

Wages. Inflation in multiple states is at an all-time high, and people will be forced to leave if Goodleap doesn't offer competitive pay. When investors come into the office and parade around thanking employees for saving them millions/billions - how does that feel to someone making ~$23/hr?

Mostly the hostile work environment discussed previously. My team does not believe our concerns are given the proper time to be addressed.

Remove the WFH restrictions. Employees should be able to come into the office 1-2 days, as needed. Most feel they perform better working from home and achieve more. In-office team meetings are important for building relationships but is not necessary 3+ days a week.

The illusion that as a whole the company cares significantly about the employees but in reality it seems more and more of a smokescreen, employees are put in stressful situations and have to acquire a second job in order to provide for their families. Direct managers definitely care and it shows.

I enjoy the work and people I'm surrounded with, however it's hard to justify to myself that I should stay when I am essentially living in poverty. Living paycheck to paycheck makes me feel like I should look for a job elsewhere. A lot of employees have second jobs just to get by.

the whole we're not getting paid enough. CFA is both customer service and underwriters. CCA is the true customer service dept and they start at $22 an hour. Underwriters make about 60k plus in the roseville area. We should be paid as underwriters that have customer service skills. so Well over 65k
