Remove the WFH restrictions. Employees should be able to come into the office 1-2 days, as needed. Most feel they perform better working from home and achieve more. In-office team meetings are important for building relationships but is not necessary 3+ days a week.

The illusion that as a whole the company cares significantly about the employees but in reality it seems more and more of a smokescreen, employees are put in stressful situations and have to acquire a second job in order to provide for their families. Direct managers definitely care and it shows.

I enjoy the work and people I'm surrounded with, however it's hard to justify to myself that I should stay when I am essentially living in poverty. Living paycheck to paycheck makes me feel like I should look for a job elsewhere. A lot of employees have second jobs just to get by.

the whole we're not getting paid enough. CFA is both customer service and underwriters. CCA is the true customer service dept and they start at $22 an hour. Underwriters make about 60k plus in the roseville area. We should be paid as underwriters that have customer service skills. so Well over 65k
