All of my peers and team act as if they are owners of the company, which drives a high performance bar.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they make all of us feel like owners and give us the ability to make decisions and take risks that impact the business without micro managing our decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my overall compensation package is extremely fair for the work that I do. It provides my family and I the ability to do things for our kids that we couldn't do before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Jen Carver has built a team and culture that is both fun and rewarding to work in. She enables us as leaders to manage our business and provides guidance/direction when we need it and/or ask for it.
