I started here 2 years ago. I was promoted this past October and have direct reports under me. It has been such an incredible experience taking on new challengers every day in the recruiting world. I have adapted to new processes since we have grown exponentially. I cant wait for the next 2 yearss
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a fantastic relationship with my manager and direct reports. We rely on each-other and bounce ideas off each-other constantly
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with my salary (because I was promoted back in October). I was given more equity which is the best part in my opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Id' say how available everyone is at all hours - it is really amazing how if someone needs something ASAP it will indeed happen ASAP. gopuff employees thrive in the high intense atmosphere
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy our all hands meetings. I do wish we had them more often, Ive been here for 2+ years now and going from weekly to biweekly/monthly is something I miss for our culture.

1. Our constant communication with each-other and how things are going within the recruiting team. 2. Our relationship with the field members is so valuable - we are here to support the field who supports our customers at the end of the day 3. Being available 7 days a week and thriving
