Gopuff was founded in 2013 by co-CEOs Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola when they were college students at Drexel University. I've been challenged at Gopuff in ways I can't imagine being challenged at other companies. As much work as it is, it is special being at a company that is experiencing such rapid growth and global adoption. It is great to see immediate impact on the company as an employee.

The culture is very much work hard, see results immediately, which is gratifying
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I was brought on at a time before the company hit a huge growth spurt, and I think we've been able to raise the competitive bar on more recent hires. With that I think rewarding the employees who helped hit that growth spurt would make me feel more valued
